Hamilton Career Center (HCC) is a career/technical center located in Seneca, SC. HCC joined the Technical Centers That Work (TCTW) network as one of the first career centers in the state.
Sewing is not difficult, but neither is it easy. Learning to sew, however, is a fairly straightforward process. Our goal is to close the gap between what you KNOW how to sew (such as nothing at all in the beginning), and what you WANT to sew.
