I'm a fan of this Pottery Barn for their attentive service...Majority of the time. The several times I've shopped here, only once did I experience an aloof associate who seemed too lazy to want to provide 100% service. The other times, I've had good service and suggestions. My only complaint, which I feel bad for saying because my parents are the same age as most of the associates here, is that they take FOREVER at the cash register when ringing me up. Every time I've purchased something, the cashier seems unsure of how to ring items up, how to apply discounts, or retract/cancel an item. Today for example, I purchased 3 tiny items and had a discount card to apply. I kid you not, I was at the register for 10 minutes.
