About

Turner's first job in New Jersey was a concrete floor for the Central Lard Company in Jersey City in 1902. Since then, Turner has completed more than 500 projects throughout the state that vary in size and complexity.

Turner's New Jersey office works with a diverse mix of public and private sector clients and has built or managed the construction of many of the state’s leading commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, sports and healthcare facilities.

Notable projects include the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Liberty View Towers, Frick Chemistry Laboratory, the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro (UMCPP), The Green at Florham Park, the restoration and renovation of the State House Annex and the Trenton War Memorial, Bridgewater Crossing, the AT&T Network Operations Center, as well as multiple projects at NJIT, UMDNJ and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. These are just some of the projects that have made Turner a leading builder in New Jersey.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our staff, which includes more than 120 LEED Accredited Professionals, and we are proud of our LEED and green projects which include three Platinum certified buildings. We are sustaining sponsors of the United States Green Building Council’s New Jersey Chapter and several members of our staff are active chapter members as well.
